Agentic AI Transformation (Tandy Consulting Services): Engineering teams were spending excessive time on ticket grooming, sprint planning overhead, and manual validation before a single line of code was written. A large legacy application also needed a path to modernization without disrupting ongoing delivery.

Actions

  • Designed and deployed a production multi-agent AI system integrated with Azure DevOps using persona-trained LLM agents (Business Analyst, Product Manager, Architect, Security Engineer, DevOps, QA) to automate ticket validation and sprint planning.
  • Leading development of a new Domain-Driven Design service within a legacy application using autonomous AI agent workers (Augment Code, Claude Code) that develop and validate code and architecture independently.
